Billing & Refund Policy

This policy explains Literacy Arcade Plus billing, renewals, cancellations, receipts, and refund support.
Plus Subscription Plans
Literacy Arcade Plus gives teachers and families access to paid features such as expanded saving, sharing, assessment analysis, and reporting tools. Current Plus plans may include:
- Plus Annual plan: $79/year; billed annually and automatically renews each year unless canceled before the next renewal date
- Plus Monthly plan: $7.99/month; billed monthly and automatically renews each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle
- Plus Family Annual plan: $99/year; billed annually and automatically renews each year unless canceled before the next renewal date
Plan availability and features may change over time. The price and renewal schedule shown at checkout apply to the subscription selected.
Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Plus Annual and Plus Family Annual renew yearly unless canceled before the next renewal date, and each annual payment provides one year of access. Plus Monthly renews monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Renewal details are managed through Stripe and may appear in Stripe-hosted billing pages or receipts.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription before the next billing cycle or an annual subscription before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise shown in Stripe or handled by support.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with Literacy Arcade Plus, contact us at hello@literacyarcade.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund when appropriate.
Refunds may depend on the purchase date, account status, subscription history, and Stripe processing rules.
Receipts
Stripe sends receipts to the email address used at checkout. Please keep your checkout email available for billing records, receipts, and subscription management.
Stripe Payment Processing
Payments are handled through Stripe. Literacy Arcade does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing email, tax information where applicable, and other information needed to complete payment and manage subscriptions.
